With the below signature I/we hereby declare on behalf of the below company/organisation the requisite power to sign in order:

• to join Danish Fashion Ethical Charter with its full wording and conditions,
• to be aligned with and respectful of the steering committee’s decisions, and
• to contribute positively to the fulfilment of the charter’s purpose and values.

I/we hereby fully accept that sanctions can be imposed on the company/organisation by the steering committee as referred to in Danish Fashion Ethical Charter.
